The terms that govern the use of SayeBook: accounts, purchases, licences on digital content, refunds and acceptable use.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure.
One person or organisation per account. Sharing login credentials to bypass licensing is not permitted.
Orders and prices
The price and availability confirmed by our servers at checkout are authoritative.
If a price or stock error is detected before delivery, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.
Licence on digital content
A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read or listen to the title on your own devices.
Redistribution, resale, public performance and removal of protection measures are not permitted.
Refunds
Refund eligibility for digital purchases, print orders and technical issues is set out in full in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape the catalogue at scale, or upload content you do not have the rights to distribute.
Full detail is set out in our acceptable use policy.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new version number and effective date, and the version history below is kept in full.
