Rules for using the SayeBook platform without disrupting it or harming other users.

Not permitted

Attempting to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Scraping the catalogue, pricing or reviews at scale outside of any published API.

Uploading content you do not have the rights to distribute, or metadata designed to mislead buyers.

Creating multiple accounts to bypass a suspension, limit, or licence restriction.

Harassing other users, authors, or staff, on the platform or through its support channels.

Enforcement

We may warn, limit or suspend an account that breaches this policy, proportionate to the severity and history of the behaviour.
