SAYEBOOK ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

The approved rules for using SayeBook accounts, marketplace, community features, and related services.
This Acceptable Use Policy governs how users, authors, publishers, and other account holders may use SayeBook's website, accounts, marketplace, community features, and related services.
2. Service Disruption
Do not intentionally disrupt, overload, degrade, interfere with, or attack SayeBook or its service providers.
This includes introducing malware, malicious code, denial-of-service activity, or other intentionally harmful technical behavior.
3. Scraping and Automated Access
Do not scrape or systematically extract SayeBook catalogue information, pricing, reviews, user information, or other platform data at scale except through a method expressly authorized by SayeBook.
Reasonable ordinary use of the website is not prohibited by this provision.
SayeBook may establish APIs or other authorized access methods separately.
4. Account Abuse and Enforcement Evasion
Do not create or use additional accounts to evade a suspension, restriction, purchasing limitation, publishing restriction, moderation action, or other legitimate platform control.
Do not sell, transfer, or misuse accounts in ways prohibited by SayeBook's Terms of Service.
5. Fraud and Misrepresentation
Do not use SayeBook to commit fraud or materially deceive customers, authors, SayeBook, payment providers, or other users.
This includes manipulating transactions, royalties, refunds, ratings, reviews, identities, authorship information, or account information.
6. Intellectual-Property Abuse
Do not upload, distribute, or sell material when you know you lack the necessary rights to do so.
Copyright complaints are handled under SayeBook's Copyright Policy.
7. Misleading Metadata and Impersonation
Do not impersonate another person or organization or intentionally misrepresent authorship, identity, affiliation, endorsements, or ownership.
Do not use metadata primarily to mislead customers or manipulate SayeBook's catalogue or discovery systems.
8. Review and Engagement Manipulation
Do not buy, sell, fabricate, automate, coordinate, or otherwise manipulate ratings, reviews, reactions, comments, helpfulness votes, follows, or other engagement indicators.

9. Harassment and Abuse
Do not use SayeBook accounts, community features, reporting tools, or support channels to threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, or repeatedly target another user, author, staff member, or other person.
Disagreement, criticism, or a negative review is not by itself harassment.
10. Spam and Platform Manipulation
Do not use SayeBook primarily to distribute spam, repetitive unsolicited promotions, malicious links, or automated content designed to manipulate discovery or engagement systems.
11. Community Features
When using comments, reactions, author updates, profiles, reviews, reporting systems, or other community features, users must comply with applicable SayeBook policies.
Reporting tools must not knowingly be abused to harass another user or manipulate moderation.
12. Payment and Transaction Abuse
Do not knowingly use stolen or unauthorized payment methods, fabricate transactions, manipulate purchases to generate royalties or engagement, abuse refunds or chargebacks, or otherwise interfere with legitimate transaction processing.
Nothing in this provision limits a customer's legitimate right to dispute an unauthorized or genuinely disputed transaction through lawful channels.
13. Circumvention of Digital Access Controls
Do not intentionally bypass technical restrictions protecting paid digital content or use SayeBook to facilitate unauthorized access to purchased content.
A customer's license to access purchased content is governed by the Terms of Service.
14. Enforcement
SayeBook may respond to violations in a manner reasonably proportionate to the circumstances.
Depending on severity, frequency, risk, and prior history, actions may include a warning, removal or restriction of content, limitation of particular functionality, temporary suspension, or account termination.
Serious security threats, fraud, exploitation, legal violations, or other urgent circumstances may result in immediate action without a prior warning.
15. Reconsideration
Users may request reconsideration of significant account or platform restrictions through SayeBook's support or Contact process.
SayeBook may request information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.
A request for reconsideration does not automatically suspend an enforcement action or guarantee that it will be reversed.
16. Changes to This Policy
SayeBook may update this Acceptable Use Policy as its services, risks, or legal obligations change.
Material changes will be reflected through an updated effective date and communicated when appropriate.
