The SayeBook name, logo, website interface, software, original editorial materials and other SayeBook-owned content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Books, covers, audio recordings, illustrations and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective authors, publishers, licensors and other rights holders.
Availability through SayeBook does not transfer ownership of those intellectual-property rights to customers.
Copyright Concerns
SayeBook respects intellectual-property rights.
Notices concerning allegedly infringing material should be submitted using the process described in the SayeBook Copyright Policy.
Applicable Law
SayeBook operates from Maryland, United States.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, matters concerning operation of the platform are governed by applicable Maryland and United States law.
