Rules for writing and voting on reader reviews on SayeBook.
What a review should be
Your honest opinion of the work, ideally explaining what you liked or did not like. Reviews should be based on having read or listened to the title.
Not allowed
Reviews written in exchange for payment or free copies without disclosure, reviews by the author about their own work, personal attacks on the author, spoilers without a warning, and off-topic or promotional content.
Voting
Helpfulness votes reflect whether a review helped you decide, not whether you agree with it. Coordinated or automated voting is not permitted.
Moderation
Reviews that break these guidelines can be removed, and repeated violations can lead to a restriction on posting reviews.
